Challenges include 12 projects awaiting approval from the Provincial People's Council, 3 projects not yet listed for bidding, planning adjustment issues, and delays in investment approval for projects on 20% of commercial land.
Vice Chairman Ha emphasized meeting both targets: initiating construction on 9,800+ units and completing over 2,000 units. The Department of Planning and Investment was tasked with expediting investor selection for 7 approved projects and preparing for investment certificate ceremonies. For the 8 pending projects, proposal evaluations should be fast-tracked.
