Dong Nai records second-highest real estate credit balance

(ĐN)- Provinces in the Southeast region including Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Binh Phuoc, and Tay Ninh reported outstanding real estate loans of over VND 243.4 trillion as of March-end, an increase of 1% compared to the end of last year.

This figure accounts for nearly 20% of the national outstanding credit balance for real estate sector.

Among the provinces, Binh Duong and Dong Nai recorded the highest real estate credit balances, making up about 43% and 31.5% of the region’s total real estate credit, respectively.
