Dong Nai Newspaper Children Football Cup to take place on Agust 8

 (ĐN)- The 20th Dong Nai Newspaper Football Cup for Children will begin on August 8 at Dong Nai provincial Sports Training and Competition Center, according to the information heard at the press meeting on Friday to introduce the event.

The annual event is co-organized by Dong Nai Newspaper, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Department of Education and Training.

This year’s tournament, mainly sponsored by C.P. Vietnam Livestock Corporation, attracted the participation of 11 teams from districts of Cam My, Thong Nhat, Vinh Cuu, Long Thanh, Tan Phu, Xuan Loc, Trang Bom, Dinh Quan, Nhon Trach and cities of Long Khanh and Bien Hoa.

The teams, divided into two groups, will play in a round-robin format in the first round. The top two teams of each group will compete in the semi-final round, with the winners going into the final match
