Dong Nai looks for urban development ideas around Long Thanh Airport

Dong Nai has established a council to seek out ideas for urban development at Long Thanh Airport and in the surrounding areas.

The council is headed by Dong Nai Acting Chairman Vo Tan Duc and comprised of leading experts in the domestic architectural circle.

Under the plan issued by the Dong Nai government, the scope of planning research is the geographical boundary of Long Thanh District and the surrounding areas of Long Thanh Airport, with a total area of 57,000 hectares.

The contest is open to all competent companies, organisations or joint ventures specialising in planning design, architecture and consulting in Vietnam and from abroad.

Those with experience in similar projects are highly encouraged to participate.

The first-prize winner will receive 2 billion VND (78,600 USD), while the second and third-prize winners will get 1 billion VND and 500 million USD respectively.
