According to the plan, all procedures will be completed to start construction of Ma Da bridge in June 2025 from the Dong Nai provincial budget. Inaugurated and put into use in December 2025.

Construction of the connecting road from Ma Da bridge to Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 began in June 2026, and was put into operation in 2028. At the same time, study and supplement traffic routes connecting Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc provinces.

The project scope is from Dong Xoai City (Binh Phuoc Province), follow Provincial Road 753, through Ma Da Bridge, to Dong Nai Province, follow DT 761 and DT 767 routes connecting to Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4.

The investment scale of DT 753 (Binh Phuoc province), DT 761, DT 767 (Dong Nai) is planned to be 8 lanes, with 1 site clearance.
