Social housing project receives VND260 bil loan

(ĐN)- On April 10, Thanh Thang Design and Construction Co. and Dong Nai branch of Military Bank (MB) signed a loan agreement for the social housing project in Long Khanh city’s Bao Vinh ward.

Under the agreement, the MB will provide a loan of VND 260 billion with a 60-month term starting from the first disbursement. The interest rate is set at 6.6%, supporting the implementation of phases 3 and 4 of the project.

According to Director Nguyen Tuan Kiet of Thanh Thang company, the project includes 1,054 social housing units and 136 commercial housing units, accommodating over 4,200 residents. The company completed over 590 social units and 60 commercial units. More than 460 social housing units and 76 commercial ones will continue to be built in May.

Mr. Ngo Khanh Hoa, Director of MB Dong Nai, noted that MB has been the first commercial bank to disburse preferential loans to around 130 social housing buyers at this project. MB will continue to support both the developer and homebuyers with access to preferential credit packages in the near future.
